Driven Fear - FREETHINKER ALBUM REVIEW!! Punk, hardcore Australian music ~

Artist: Driven Fear
Album Title: FREETHINKER
Release Date: 26th February 2016
Music Style: Punk, hardcore

Driven Fear are about to release their latest offering titled 'FREETHINKER' through Pee Records, their fourth album with this label. The first single release is "In Care of Pt 2'.

A band from the Gold Coast, Australia, they're flooding the market with their punk hardcore attitude. They recently won the AFENDS 'fast n loud' competition and had money and support given their way. This year marks the twelfth year for Driven Fear and after a lengthy wait, FREETHINKER follows up the 2011 uncompromising album 'Contender'.

The album is gutsy, aggressive, purely riff charged and is an album that pushes the boundaries, therefore it needs to be turned up...LOUD.

The album begins with "Falling Awake", moving tempting guitar riffs that blend with more guitar followed by drums, low radio style voices that turns into a hard and loud tune.
"Fireball" has accelerated vocals that pave the way for gutsy guitar and drums that are entwined together through the fast paced anarchies of your mind.
"Built to Fire" is my favourite song due to the energy unleashed throughout each word, this song live will no doubt remain in your conscious.
The album goes from strength to strength and I think you will be intoxicated the more you get to know this album.

The FREETHINKER album has been created for your listening pleasure, a mammoth amount of energy and guts have been created by the boys, so if you love your hardcore punk style then grab a copy of the album and check out one of their upcoming gigs.
